Papers accepted for Informal Proceedings
The maximum length of the camera-ready manuscript depends on the category:
- Industrial papers for Oral Presentation – max 6 pages
- Industrial papers for Poster Presentation – max 6 pages
- Vendor sessions - max 6 pages
- PhD Forum papers – 2 pages (without the references)
- McCluskey Thesis Contest – 10 pages
The paper must be in the IEEE proceedings two-column format (A4 size). You can find here the templates provided by IEEE. Prior to submission, check if your PDF satisfies the A4 format (11.69×8.27in). In Adobe Reader you can check this by clicking on file->properties and look for page size in the Description tab.
Important! Do not include page numbers in your paper, a copyright footer information or any other headers or footers.
The deadline for Informal papers is March 31st, 2025. The papers have to be submitted through molesystems with the exception of Vendor sessions.
For Vendor sessions, you can submit your contributions directly to the publication chairs Anteneh Gebregiorgis and Esteban Rodriguez. Instead of a technical paper, you may also want to submit promo material or a combination thereof in a single PDF file.
For PhD forum papers, please remove the cover letter and only include the 2 pages of the extended abstract and references.
For McCluskey Thesis Contest papers, please remove the cover letter and only include the 10 page paper.
