Embedded Tutorials

ETS’25 seeks proposals for Embedded Tutorials, which should address an important and trendy/emerging topic that is of large interest to the ETS participants. Each tutorial will be given in a session of one-hour time slot.

Guidelines

Proposals for embedded tutorials should use a specific template. Click here to download the template. Perspective embedded tutorial presenters can collaborate with special session organizers , for proposing a special track topic which can homogenize a tutorial session and special session across a single topic. By means of submission, tutorial presenters agree to register for and participate in ETS'25, in case the submission is accepted.

Special session proposals submission: January 24, 2025
Notification of acceptance: February 14, 2025
Camera-ready manuscript: March 14, 2025
Author registration: March 31, 2025

Publication and Presentation

All accepted embedded tutorials have to be presented as an in-person 60-minute oral presentation at ETS'25 that includes a 10 minutes Q&A part. Upon acceptance, the presenters for each embedded tutorial can prepare a single paper of up to 10 pages to be included in the formal proceedings. The paper will undergo a fast review process by a dedicated committee, in coordination with the Embedded Tutorial Chairs.
