Presentation Guidelines
To ensure a smooth organization, we kindly ask all speakers to upload their presentation and biography files on a cloud drive.
Deadline for uploads: Monday, May 26, 2025
Contact local organization chair to share the upload link with you: mohammad.ahmadilivani@taltech.ee
Please follow these instructions carefully:
- File naming: Rename all files according to the order of your presentation within the selected session (e.g., "01_RegularSession1.pptx", "01_RegularSession1.txt").
- Select your presentation session from the menu in the form, as specified in the conference technical program
- Upload your files:
o Presentation: PDF or PPTX format only without any video/audio content (less than 20 MB)
o Biography: TXT format only (max 100 words)
Note 1: This is the only method of collecting presentation materials. Files sent via email or provided on USB drives will not be accepted.
Note 2: Please present in the session room 10 minutes before it begins, and make sure that your presentation file is available. Introduce yourself to the session chair and check the bio with them. Also, feel free to familiarize yourself with the audio-visual equipment.
