Poster Presentation Guidelines – ETS2025

 

Poster Size & Format

Posters should be A0 or A1 in portrait orientation.

 

Printing & Collection

Authors are responsible for:

• Designing their poster
• Printing and covering the associated costs
• Collecting their printed poster

ETS2025 will provide materials for mounting posters on-site.

 

Recommended Printing Service

For convenience, we recommend using JAJAA, a well-located, English-speaking print house.

Location: ~1 km (15 min walk) from the ETS2025 venue

Public Transport: Tram lines 2/4 + 3

Opening Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00

Estimated Cost: €10–€20 per poster (based on the author’s provided design file)
