ETS Registration
Welcome to the registration webpage for 30th IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS) 2025, Test Spring School (TSS) 2025, and fringe workshops. Prior to registration, please make also sure to book your hotel on time due to limited availability (click here for more information regarding the ETS conference hotel). In addition, please also check the application request for a visa here. The registration types are explained below.

- ETS 2025 Full Regisrtation for IEEE members / life members / IEEE non-members / retired experts; it includes access to all the symposium sessions, symposium proceedings and Program Booklet, coffee breaks, lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), Welcome Reception (Monday), and Social Event (Wednesday).
- ETS 2025 Student Registration for IEEE student members / IEEE student non-members; it includes: access to all the symposium sessions, symposium proceedings and Program Booklet, coffee breaks, lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), and Welcome Reception (Monday), and Social Event (Wednesday). The code on student card is required and has to be submitted with the registration form; otherwise the registration might be discarded. Students that join the PhD Forum and/or McCluskey award and do have not have a paper in the formal proceedings can register with a student registration. As a student, you might be eligible for a CEDA travel grant.
- ETS 2025 One Day Registration for IEEE members / IEEE non-members; it includes: access to all the symposium sessions on that day, symposium proceedings and Program Booklet, coffee breaks on that day, and lunch on that day. The Social Event is not included.
All accepted ETS papers, both poster and oral presentation, must be accompanied by a Full Registration and must be registered before March 31, 2025. A Student Registration or One Day Registration only is not allowed. Note that if you travel with someone else who is not attending the conference, you might consider purchasing an additional Social Event ticket which includes Welcome Reception (Monday) and Social Event (Wednesday). A limited number of Social Event tickets are available. They will be assigned in a first-come-first-served order, but priority will be given to Full Registrations. Purchasing a social event ticket at the registration desk will cost € 160.
TSS 2025 Registration
- TSS student and TSS Industry Professional Registration include full accommodation, transportation and meals for participants, i.e., 3 nights in a single/shared room (upon your registration), meals and breakfasts (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners in which one is served at the welcome reception) and coffee breaks, a social event, access to Test Spring School facility, free Wifi access, transport to TSS venue and from there (LaSpa) to ETS conference hotel (Swissotel) on 26 May. The code on student card is required and has to be submitted with the registration form; otherwise the registration might be discarded.
- TSS + ETS Registration include both TSS Student and ETS Student Registration packages. Your single/shared room accommodation during the TSS will be allocated upon your registration. The code on student card is required and has to be submitted together with the registration form; otherwise the registration might be discarded. Students that join the PhD Forum and/or McCluskey award and do have not have a paper in the formal proceedings can register with a student registration. As a student, you might be eligible for a CEDA travel grant.
Fringe Workshop Registration
- ETS 2025 Fringe Workshop includes access to all workshops (see workshops), welcome reception (Thursday), workshop coffee breaks, and lunch (Friday).

Registration Process
The payment process is fully automated. The registration fee can be paid using wire transfer, credit card, etc. The online registration system closes on May 13 and after that only on-site registrations are possible. All on-site payments only credit card or direct bank transfers. No cash accepted.
