Fringe Workshops
ETS'25 is seeking proposals for co-located workshops. A fringe workshop may cover a specific emerging topic related to the ETS core scientific areas listed in the ETS'25 Call for Papers. The workshop may also focus on test and reliability aspects of a particular technology, industry, or class of products.
All fringe workshops will start on Thursday, May 29, immediately after the ETS'25 closing session (around 16:00) and carry through all day on Friday, May 30. Registration to a workshop will be facilitated via the ETS'25 registration site, while the technical means for paper submissions and the review process have to be arranged by respective workshop organizers themselves.
Key Dates
- Fringe workshop proposals can be submitted any time until January 21, 2025
- Notifications of acceptance will be sent within two weeks after each submission
Proposal Submissions
Potential organizers are invited to submit a properly filled out ETS Fringe Workshop Proposal form by email directly to Fringe Workshop Chairs (see below).
Publications
Fringe workshop organizers may opt in for making the accepted individual contributions to become a part of the Informal Digest of the European Test Week 2025. The informal contributions WILL NOT be sent for indexing by IEEE Xplore. Instead, the Informal Digest will be made available to all ETS attendees in electronic format. Thus, a later, more complete publication of the work in another conference or journal will still be possible.
