Social Activities
The social events are planned to enjoy the long days and short nights of the North. A very special time for all the Nordic people, the time of the White Nights arriving very soon. On the first day of ETS25 the Sun rises at 04:27 and goes down at 22:09.
Let us keep our fingers crossed for a nice and sunny weather.
Welcome Reception

Location: Restaurant Kompu, Tammsaare park
Please follow the ETS25 signs to find KOMPU, as there are two restaurants in a semi-attached glass building located in the greenery of the very centre of Tallinn.
A vibrant Soho-style restaurant where the fusion of world flavours and creative cocktails takes centre stage.
Snacks and drinks served. After the official time for the reception will be over, participants can prolong mingling and their stay in Kompu until midnight.
Social Event and Gala Dinner

All the particiapants are invited to join the Social Event to take place on Wednesday afternoon-evening. Your preferances have been asked while registering to the conference. Check the details of your preferance.
Please consider that all the Gala Dinner participants will gather in the Kruiisiterminal venue, coming from the boat ride, guided tour or coming there on their own. So the beginning of the Gala Dinner will be at 19:00.
Boat ride
16:30 - Buses will leave for the port in front of the conference venue, Swissotel Tallinn.
17:00 - Boarding the ship Strande in Pirita
17:00-19:00 - Boat ride on the Gulf of Tallinn with snacks and drinks
19:00 - Disembarkation at Kruiisiterminal

17:00 - Meeting with the guide at Viru Gate, the entrance of Tallinn Old Town
17:00-19:00 - Guided walking tour through medieval Old Town of Tallinn - A guided walking tour through the UNESCO World Heritage listed medieval Old Town of Tallinn. You’ll be taken to through the long and colourful history of Tallinn, together with storming stories and grabbing a snack or drink on the corners.
19:00 - Joining the Gala Dinner venue by the guide at Kruiisiterminal
